Day 01:- Delhi - Rishikesh

Arrive and transfer to hotel. After a welcome drink and acclimatization briefing about the whole program, followed by introduction to the Yoga teacher. Evening dinner and overnight stay hotel.

Day 02:- Rishikesh

Early morning drive or walk to the yoga centre for yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise and stretching exercise. After yogic breakfast Evening in - house yoga and traditional meditation class with visiting instructor. Late evening visit the Ghats for Arti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga .Overnight hotel.

Day 03:- Rishikesh

Early morning drive or walk to the centre .Today we will do relaxation, asana. After nutritious breakfast, day free for own activities. Optional you can take rafting trip or can do temple tour for half a day. And class of suggestion therapy. Meals and overnight hotel.

Day 04:- Rishikesh

Today we'll get training for PRANAVAM (advance breathing), Dynamic yoga. Advance yoga postures. After breakfast drive up to Vashist Gufa. The entire drive is along the river Ganges towards the source for about an hour. Arrive and explore Vashistha Goofa (cave), where famous saint Vasistha, meditated. An ideal place for transcendental meditation. Late afternoon drive back to resort. Evening meditation and lecture. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 05:- Rishikesh
Early morning wake up for Pranayam and advance technique of Yoga. Evening followed by meditation and curative yoga. Meals and overnight stay. One can take optional trip to Devprayag, one of the five most important confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. Arrive and explore the area. Also visit 10th century old temple of Ragunath ji.

Day 06:- Rishikesh

Early morning followed up by VIPASANA class. Evening curative Yoga and meditation class. Dinner and Overnight stay Camp or Resort.

Day 07:- Rishikesh - Delhi

Early morning practice advance posture of yoga. Day free for own activities. Evening meditation and question answer session. Evening the course terminates. One can stay back to Delhi or drive to onward destination.

Day 01:- Delhi - Haridwar

Catch the Delhi flight or train from to visit haridwar city. Arrive at haridwar in the evening to check Hotel (Our own resort exclusively for yoga and meditation). visit har ki pauri for aarti the ritual that takes place every evening on the banks of the holy river ganges. Come back to resort/ ashram for dinner and overnight.

Day 02:- Haridwar

Early morning riser for first yoga class with our yoga teacher and then start the practic in the morning session of 2 hrs. After that take the breakfast cooked inside the resort with the special care taken to follow the menu given by our yoga and meditation experts.

Leave for the day excursion to have a look at the ancient religion of hinduism in the holiest city of the religion. Visit one of the oldest temples in the town called daksha temple, a shiva temple, also visit the mercury shiva lingam temple, (famous for the solidfied mercury shivlingam, said to be done by a saint through his meditation). come back to ashram / resort to continue the yoga classes in the evening. After that go for short walk in the market in the town. Or just relax on the banks of the river ganges. Lunch and dinner at ashram / resort.

Day 03:- Haridwar

Early morning yoga schedule as day 02. After that leave for chandi devi temple. Situated on the top of a hill it provides the magnificent view of the town along with a majestic view of high himalayan ranges. One has to either go trekking up 3 kms to reach or one can also go by cable car. Come back to ashram/resort for lunch and then in the afternoon visit the other places of interest or just relax in the resort. Evening session of yoga and then again go for a nice walk along the ganges to har ki pauri. Dinner & overnight at ashram/resort.

Day 04:- Haridwar - Rajaji National Park

After the morning yoga session leave for a date with the jungle. Reach rajaji national park and on arrival visit the settlement of "Gujjars" a local tribe. Just see the lifestyle of local people who live inside the jungle and are one of the most fiendly of all Indian tribes. Spend the morning with them and then come out to have lunch. In the afternoon and evening leave for the elephant safari in the rajaji national park. If one is lucky then you can see a big cat like a tiger or leopard or wild asian elephants, along with the antelopes, spotted deers, sambhars, wild baors, jungle fowls, porcupine, wolf, jackals, and a score of migratory birds. Come back to ashram / resort for dinner and overnight.

Day 05:- Haridwar

Morning session of yoga and after breakfast sitting with yoga teacher to rectify your mistakes in practicing yoga. Also sit with our astrologer in the afternoon. Just tell him your place of birth and time of birth along with your date of birth and let him tell you about your past, present and future. A nice and experience. Evening free in the town to explore yourself, and to pick up souvenirs. Dinner and overnight at ashram / resort.

Day 06:- Haridwar - Rishikesh (1 hrs drive)

After a morning yoga session leave for rishikesh and visit the various ashrams. This town is famous world over for its spiritual significance after "Beatles" stayed here for a month in seventies for meditation. In the evening check in our own rafting beach camp, right on the river banks. Dinner with bon fire at camp.

Day 07:- Rishikesh

Early morning yoga session without the yoga teacher, just practice what you learnt in haridwar. After breakfast leave for a date with the river wild. Take on the rapids up to grade III on a stretch of 18 kms and then finish the day at camp to take lunch. Afternoon free to have a sun bath at beach camp. Dinner with bon fire at camp.

Day 08:- Rishikesh - Delhi

A very early morning riser to leave for Haridwar by car and catch the train to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi leave for onward destination.
