ITINERARY

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel Park/Connaught. Overnight Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi

After breakfast sightseeing tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi to include India Gate, Parliament House, Bahai Temple & the Qutab Minar. After lunch sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, visit Rajghat- Memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, India's largest Mosque the Jama Masjid, visit to the famous silver street "Chandini Chowk" & the magnificent Red Fort. Overnight Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi – Agra

Drive to Agra. Check into hotel Taj View/Trident. The city of Agra however, reached it zenith between 1556 and 1685, under the successive rules of Akbar, Shahjahan and Jahangir. Agra , in terms of the ambiance, is still associated with its Mughal period. The Taj Mahal, which is essentially one man's monumental testimony to love , has becomes synonymous not only with the city but with India as a whole. Agra, with its laid- back lifestyle and its immense wealth of architecture, handicrafts and jewellery is amongst the most remarkable cities in the world. After lunch proceed for sightseeing tour fo world famous Taj Mahal- built by emperor Shahjahan for his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Also visit Agra Fort- an impressive cluster of Palaces, Fort and Mosques on the Banks of river Yamuna across the Taj Mahal. Overnight Agra.

Day 04: Agra – Fort Madho Garh (Jaipur)

Drive to Fort Madho Garh. Check into the Fort. This stunning Fort located 42 kms from Jaipur on the Agra highway, occupies a Glorious hilltop site, overlooking a village. The fort is tastefully decorated and has 13 rooms with fabulous views. Camel cart rides are organized to the unspoiled village, the local shopping street and places of interest around. Day 05: Fort Madho Garh – Khejarla

Drive to Khejarla(3 - 4 hrs). Check into Fort Khejarla. Fort Khejarla is carved out of red sand with laltice work foreizes and intricate Jherokar and is the residence of the former ruling family who will be your hosts. Overnight Fort Khejarla.

Day 06: Khejarla – Jodhpur – Ravla Bhenswara

Drive to Bhenswara via a (3-4hrs) short tour of Jodhpur visiting the umaid Bhawan Palace and the Meherangarh Fort. Check into the Ravla Bhenswara Palace. This delightful manor lies in the rural district of Jalore, on the banks of the river jawai surrounded by a ring of hills, home to rich wild life and is operated by the local thakur's family. Day 07: Ravla Bhenswara – Udaipur

Drive to Udaipur (2-3hrs). Check into Jagat Niwas mini Palace. Evening free. Overnight Udaipur.

Day 08: Udaipur

Full day sightseeing tour visiting the city Palace- Jagdish Temple and Drive around the Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen's Resort for her friends also known as Garden of Maids). Evening enjoy a boat Ride at the romantic Lake Pichola and visit Jag Niwas Palace. The Palace, built of granite and marble, covers four acres and is built almost in the middle of the Lake Pichola. Day 09: Udaipur – Chittaurgarh

Drive to Chittaurgarh. Check into Castle Bijaipur. Lying in the Vindyachal mountain in souther Rajasthan, the 16th century Castle Bijaipur is a lovely small hotel inhabited, owned and run by the local ruling family. The charming rooms furnished with local fabric look out over the beautiful gardens. Visit nearby forts picnic by the lakeside or explore the village. It is well situated for visiting Chittaurghat, Menal and is accessed from Udaipur and Kota. Horse safari is also organized. Overnight Castle Bijaipur.

Day 10: Chittaugarh – Kota

Drive to Kota. Check into Brijraj Bhawan Palace. Brijraj Bhawan Palce- this region is the unexplored part of Rajasthan with forests, rivers, lakes, interspersed with forts, palaces, ancient temple clusters and local handicrafts and art. Brijraj Bhawan Palace is ideally situated on the river Chambal. Overnight Brijraj Bhawan Palace.

Day 11: Kota – Ranthambore (3 – 4 hrs):

Drive to Ranthambore. Check into Ranthambore Bagh. Situated in south-west Rajasthan, where the Vindhayas and the Aravalli Hills, the Ranthambore National Park is bound by the rivers Chambal, in the south and Banas in the north. Characterized by rocky plains, flat hill tops, gentle slopes and precipitous cliffs, covered by the dry deciduous forests. Ranthambore is virtually an islad rich in flora and fauna in an ocean of village, farmland and over grazed arid land. Overnight Ranthambore Bagh.

Day 12: Ranthambore

Full day park safari. The park provides a fine habitat for sambhar there are also a few leopards, nilgai, sloth bear, jackal, crocodile, the occasional rare caracal and about 300 species of birds & the majestic tiger. Overnight at Ranthambore.

Day 13: Ranthambore – Agra (5 - 6 hrs)
